With effect from Tuesday 13th July 2021 the following changes will be put in place
- Staff Training will now be held on Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s, Thursday’s and Friday’s between 1pm -2pm (in the same way that we currently have staff training on Friday’s)
- During this time, the surgery phone lines and walk in access to the building will not be available, unless there is an urgent matter that requires immediate attention and cannot wait until 2pm.
- We may still have clinics during these times therefore patients with booked appointments will need to use the intercom to access the building.
The reason we are doing this is for staff training and to discuss patient feedback. We have seen a significant number of recent service and technological changes and we want to make sure that we take the opportunity to continuously develop and improve our services.
