Registered for online services?
If you are registered for online services then you cancel the appointment and re-book all at the same time
Simply log in to the online portal and visit the appointments section.

If you want to make an appointment with a Doctor, Advanced Nurse Practitioner or our Practice Nurse, please telephone the main surgery number (0191 215 0141) and speak to one of our Patient Advisors.
We have put in place a system to try to manage as many problems as we can remotely to reduce the footfall of patients in the surgery.
If any patient has a problem that cannot wait they should contact the surgery and arrange a same day telephone appointment or alternatively submit an e-consult.
Repeat Medication
It is easier and quicker to request repeat prescriptions via our online service. Simply log in and select an option.
To help us to keep supplying medicines to everyone who needs them, please only order repeat prescriptions in your usual quantities at the usual time.
