  • If you need to contact the surgery please call on 0191 215 0141 Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6pm or submit an e-consultation.
  • If you require a prescription, please contact the surgery on 0191 215 0141 between 10am – 6pm or order online by signing up to online access.
